Meet batman
Meet Batman! He’s a 3-year-old neutered male American Pitbull mix weighing 71 lbs. He arrived at the Mesquite Animal Shelter on 1/9 as a stray. Although he once had a family, they haven’t come to reclaim him. This handsome boy earned his name thanks to the mask-like markings on his face. He enjoyed exploring the shelter yard, but he’s a strong walker on the leash and could use a little more training in that area. Batman knows the sit command and takes treats gently. Like his namesake, he prefers to do things solo, so he needs to be the only dog in the home. Since he’s a big guy, it’s important to check if his breed and size are allowed in your home or apartment. A secure yard where he can play and stretch his legs would be ideal. He loves being petted and wants to spend his time indoors, close to his family members.
