Meet Heather!Heather is a 4-year-old Pit mix that was brought to us as a stray from a local town, but after not being claimed, she became a more permanent resident with AHeinz57 who is now waiting to find her perfect forever family!Heather is really just a sweet, fun, and adventurous girl waiting for a person or family who will give her a happy and loving home. She can be very friendly, loves making new friends, and absolutely loves running and playing outdoors! But don`t let that fool you, because she also likes to follow up with some much needed snuggles after a long day of play, especially if it means she gets to share some one-on-one time with her favorite people. While Heather loves her humans, she does not do well with other dogs and would need to be the only dog in the home. Due to her dislike of other dogs, she does require a 6ft privacy fenced in yard to keep her safe and secure away from others.
