Meet matthias
Matthias is a 2 year old really good dog. I have worked with a professional trainer so he knows his commands, is house and crate trained. When closing the door on his crate if you give him a treat while closing it he is okay. He loves to chase balls, play hide and seek, do puzzles, and scent games (seek and find) walks. I just love him.
It breaks my heart to need to rehome him. He needs a quiet and routine home with one or two adults with no children. He plays well with dogs in play dates but has not lived with other dogs. He has bitten in a resource guard situation with a person who handled the situation wrong when I was not home. It could have been prevented had I been home to handle the situation.
He needs a confident, experienced handler. He does have reactivity.He does very well with me and my adult son but due to the dynamics in my house hold and other family members I have had to make the very hard decision to find a home he can thrive in and be his best self.
