Meet Perry – Your New Best Friend in the Making
Hey there, I’m Perry! I’m an 1-year-old Lab mix weighing about 60 pounds—and I’m basically a bundle of love wrapped in fur. My heart is full, my tail never stops wagging, and I’m on a mission to make everyone smile!
Life is one big adventure to me—I love exploring, sniffing out new spots, and turning any ordinary moment into a fun one. Whether it’s a long walk, a romp in the yard, I’m always up for a good time.
But when the fun winds down? I’m a world-class cuddler. Belly rubs? Yes, please. Snuggles on the couch? Don’t mind if I do. I might be a bit goofy, but I’m also incredibly sweet and totally devoted to my people.
I'm still learning the ropes (I am still a pup, after all), but I promise to bring laughter, love, and just the right amount of mischief into your life.

All C.A.R.E rescue dogs are vaccinated, heart-worm tested, spayed/neutered, and dogs are microchipped! So all you need to provide is the love.
Our adoption fee is a minimum $150 tax deductible donation but will be waived for the month of May for our "Adopt Big, Save Big" life saving promotion to save even more large breed dogs from local pounds. All donations are used for rescue and medical care of animals in need. If you don't have room to take home a pet but want to support our efforts to save animals in need, please consider making a donation. We are not city or state funded and rely solely on private donations that allow us to continue saving lives.
