Meet Duke, a handsome 3-year-old, 48 pound boy looking to find his perfect forever home!
Recently rescued from SASA, this sweet boy was surrendered by his family, who said they no longer had time for him. Despite this tough start, he remains an incredibly loving and hopeful pup, eager for a new chapter with someone who will truly cherish him.
According to his foster family, he’s the whole package: house-broken, crate-trained (he even puts himself to bed!), and always eager to please. He loves his toys, enjoys playtime, and gets along well with dogs his own age. With older dogs he can be a bit cautious, so he may thrive best as the only pet where he can soak up all the love and attention he craves.
He’s house broken completely. He even learned how to ring the bell to go outside
What truly makes him special, his foster family says, is his affectionate nature. He seeks connection, happily leaning in for pets and companionship, and would be a loyal, loving addition to a home that wants a smart and tenderhearted companion.
