You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website. Meet Captain — the adorable little chaos biscuit himself. Captain is a happy guy who definitely believes his voice is his superpower. If a leaf moves outside? He’ll let you know. A shadow walks by? He’ll let you know. Your own reflection in the window? Yep… he’ll let you know that too. He’s currently learning the house rules and, so far, the cats might as well be decorative pillows—he completely ignores them. This skinny little dude came in severely matted but was a total champ during his makeover. Now he’s rocking his “freshly baked” look. Captain is still a nervous nugget, especially around men, but he’s trying his best. Kids? He hasn’t met any yet, but with a gentle, respectful child, he’ll probably warm up. As for cuddling… he’s far too busy being excited, confused, and dramatic to sit still for snuggles. One day. Not today. He LOVES squeaky toys and will proudly squeak one for an unreasonable amount of time. Here is a great video of his classic “pick me up” dance—back legs up, front paws flailing on the fence like a tiny circus performer demanding attention. Captain is a small guy with a big personality who just needs time to settle in and realize the world isn’t out to get him. With patience and love, he’ll go from nervous baguette to confident loaf in no time. Captain is from a local impound.
