Hi everyone, my name is Roxie.  I am a beautiful black Lab mix with the cutest little white spot on my chest and a velvety soft coat! At around 7 months old, I am a sweet, happy girl who loves to explore outside or cuddle up on the couch. I have the zoomies a few times a day, which makes my foster family laugh! I am buddies with the young kiddos in the family - we have lots of snuggle sessions. I’m smart, treat-motivated, and polite. I am 98% house-trained and am working on walking on a leash - I am already doing so well! I will go to my crate and hang out while the family is gone, or just sometimes to get some quiet time. Once I get settled in and comfortable, I would love to learn some more new things.  Although I would do fine as an only dog, I would thrive in a home with another dog (or dogs) to play with!  I get along great with my foster family’s dogs - both young and old. A fenced yard would be a plus for me because I do like to hang out outside.  If you’re looking for a sweet and loving friend, I might be the perfect match!
