Meet ZEUS, a 12-year-old Pitbull mix who has officially retired from the "puppy chaos" and is ready to go pro in "The Quiet Life." At 45 lbs, he’s the perfect medium-sized companion for a mellow household.
ZEUS is a simple man: he loves treats, he adores his people, and he believes peanut butter is a primary food group. He’s already mastered the hard stuff—he’s house-trained, crate-trained, and sleeps through the night like a dream. While he’s polite with other dogs on walks, he’d prefer to be the "Only Child" in the home (or live with a family savvy enough to give him his own space for meals and snuggles).
If you're looking for a loose-leash walking buddy who will "check in" to make sure you're still there, ZEUS is your guy. He’s healthy, vaccinated, microchipped, and waiting in Boise to start his best chapter yet.

They both received emergency vet care for starvation, dehydration, and other complications from prolonged neglect. Despite all they’ve endured, they are gentle, soft-natured, and incredibly sweet.
