Meet thumbelina
Thumbelina is the epitome of a sweet, cuddly lover. Shes about 9 or 10 years old. We adopted her in 2019 so she and our other dog, Tinkerbell could keep each other company while I cared for the baby we were expecting. When we adopted her, we were told she came from a pretty rough home. It was obvious because she was a very fearful dog. It takes a little time to earn her trust, but once you do, there’s no dog more sweet and loving. She loves to be pet more than anything in the world, and on occasion she likes to wrestle with her adopted sister Tinkerbell. She still does not like strangers and likes to stay safe at home with her family. When there are visitors, she will hide out of sight until she decides the strangers are nice or until they leave. She does not like to be on a leash- we don’t require that of her, but I think she could learn. She does not climb on furniture. If you are looking for a cozy and easy-going stay-at-home companion, she will exceed expectations!
