Meet silas
He has developed Type II diabetes. It breaks my heart to give him shots of insulin. If he does not get the insulin, he'll wake up in the middle of the night crying for water. Once he has the water, he'll cry to be let out to urinate. I live alone and work during the day. I have to be able to sleep at night so that I can work the next day. I'm not able to do that currently with Silas.
