Meet scout
This is Scout, she is a 2yo terrier / shepherd / retriever mix. She weighs about 60lbs. We rescued her as a puppy (3 months) with the hope she would be a companion for our older dog. She is a very sweet girl, & very friendly with all people & animals she’s interacted with. Unfortunately, she has a higher energy level & needs consistent stimulation & exercise that with our lifestyle we have not been able to provide to the extent that she requires. It is heartbreaking to think about giving her up, but we’ve recently had to move into a smaller place & she is not adjusting like we’d hoped. Scout needs to be with someone who has an active lifestyle / has a large yard or land where she can run. She absolutely loves to run & chase & she’s big on toys. Her manners could use some more work—she has trouble with personal space but only in the sense that she thinks she’s a lap dog. She can get over excited & hyper focused so she needs someone who is able to deal with that. Definitely a cuddle bug.
