lucky - in foster home

Hi there! I'm Lucky, about 1 year old and a Shepherd/Australian Cattle Dog mix with a whole lot of potential. I came to the shelter on 4/7/25 after my old home just wasn't the right fit &#194&#151 turns out, I wasn't quite the best playmate for the kiddo there. I am currently in a foster home and enjoying being out of the shelter while I wait for my furr ever family. I'm looking for a family who's ready to be my cheerleader, helping me settle into a calm, loving home where I can really shine. I'm house and crate trained, and I get along well with other dogs (but a meet and greet is always a good idea to make sure we're buds). Do you work from home and need an office buddy? Or are you looking for a house-trained friend to greet you every day when you come home? I'm your man! I not only get along well with dogs, but I also enjoy the company of cats, kids over 7 years old, and chickens! I'm neutered, microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and heartworm negative! IMPORTANT NOTICE: All shelter animals are required by Texas state law to be spayed/neutered. RAC completes this procedure at the age of 12 weeks.
