Reintroducing Barney! This mellow fellow is now ready to search for his forever home. Loved dearly throughout his life, his world recently changed when his elderly owner went into nursing care. Heās adjusted nicely to his new surroundings quite quickly.
Barney stats -
ā„ļø Heās 10 yrs old, around 20lbs. We are unsure of what breed he is. Maybe a Daisy dog or Lhasa mix.
ā„ļø Barney gets along well with other dogs. Heās not overly playful, just enjoys their company. He can be placed as an individual pet as well. We believe he would thrive either way.
ā„ļø Barney is a low maintenance boy in the fact that heās likes to snuggle and lounge around the home. He enjoys being your couch companion or spooning in his persons bed. We wouldnāt label him active, medium-low energy. His nickname is Barnacle boy and heās friendly with everyone.
ā„ļø Heās got a luxurious, soft, wavy haircoat that will require regular maintenance, grooming every 6-8 weeks. His ears will need to be kept up on as well. We are treating an ear infection currently that his former owner couldnāt manage properly. We expect this not to be an ongoing issue as long as his new person can keep tabs.
š¤ Barney is such a wonderful little guy we donāt have a lot of stipulations on his placement. We believe he would fit into a multitude of lifestyles.
