Gigi is a playful, sweet Great Pyrenees with a gentle nature and strong guardian instincts. She is affectionate with her family and is very good with little kids, showing patience and calm around them. Gigi loves to roam and explore, spending her days sniffing out wildlife that has passed through the property. At night, she is alert and naturally keeps coyotes, foxes, and other animals at bay.
Because she is a devoted protector of her people, Gigi prefers to be the only dog in the home or to live with adopters experienced with Great Pyrenees who understand proper introductions and boundaries. This is a common trait of livestock guardian breeds and part of what makes her such a loyal companion.
