Meet ash
Ash is a smart, energetic, and deeply loyal dog who has been part of our family since 2021. He came to us with signs of past trauma but has shown tremendous joy, affection, and resilience in our home.
Ash loves an active lifestyle. He’s been a great companion for trail runs, camping, and road trips, and thrives with regular exercise and mental stimulation. He does best in big, open spaces and would be happiest in a home with a large, securely fenced yard.
At home, Ash is goofy, intelligent, and affectionate. He loves to cuddle, learns quickly, and thrives with structure, training, and clear expectations.
Ash is highly reactive around other dogs and needs to be the only pet in the home. He has also struggled to adjust to life with a very young child and would do best in an adult-only home or one with older children who can respect his boundaries.
Ash isn’t the right fit for every home, but with experienced, attentive owners, he has the potential to be a deeply devoted and rewarding
