Hi, my name is Zeke and I am from Oklahoma.
From his foster: It’s true, Zeke is a roly-poly puppy who’s all cuddles, playfulness, and a napping king. He really brightens your day just by being around him. He’s curious, playful, and picking up his routines quickly; he lets us know when he needs to go outside and even sleeps through most of the night. Zeke loves walks, exploring, playtime, and plenty of nap breaks in between. He warms up quickly to new people and, with a slow introduction, does really well with other dogs. Crate training is still new, but he’s eager to please and loves learning. Zeke is a chewy guy, and sometimes he chews on things he shouldn't. We are working on this typical puppy behavior by actively redirecting to good toys when he's gnawing. When he’s not up to his puppy shenanigans he loves to be cuddled up with his humans. Zeke balances energy and calm perfectly, running around one moment and snuggling the next. He would make a perfect family dog with continued support in his puppy time and can’t wait to give (and get!) all the love and attention he has to share.
He’s almost fully potty trained- we have yet to have an accident in the house. Zeke isn’t fully crate trained yet, so he may do best in a home where crating isn’t required all the time, or with a family willing to continue crate training patiently.
