Meet Pontoon!Pontoon is a three-year-old, 15-pound Chihuahua mix with a gentle soul. He came to us from a hoarding situation, where he lived in a trailer with many other small dogs, and he’s now discovering what it means to feel safe and loved. Pontoon is heartworm-negative, up to date on all vaccinations, neutered, and crate trained. He’s still polishing his house-training skills, but he’s making great progress. Quiet and shy at first, Pontoon blossoms once he’s comfortable—and then his true nature shines as a total snuggle bug who loves calm companionship.To set up a meet and greet or inquire about a dog, please first fill out an application at https://savinghoperescue.org/adopt.
