She was found wandering the streets and has since blossomed in a foster home where she has learned what safety, routine, and affection look like. Cindy Lou has done beautifully living with other dogs and is social with calm, thoughtful introductions. She thrives when she has a canine buddy to take cues from and would do well with a secure, well-matched dog in the home. She is playful, affectionate, and endlessly entertaining even playing all by herself. Cindy Lou is still building confidence in busy environments. On leash, she can become reactive when she sees other dogs, so she is looking for a low-traffic neighborhood. She thrives with structure, training, and focused activities.
