Hazel is a 3-year-old, 32-lb wirehaired beauty who looks like she stepped straight out of a woodland storybook — and trust us, her heart is even better than her adorable scruffy beard.
This girl came to us from a situation where she didn’t get much love, attention, or structure. But instead of letting that hold her back, Hazel has blossomed into a gentle, curious, playful companion ready to finally have a life of her own.
What Hazel Offers Her Future Family:
• Soft eyes that follow you everywhere
• Tail wags that could power a small town
• A heart full of loyalty once she trusts you
• A goofy, playful side that pops out more each day
Good With Dogs: Yes!
Good with Cats: Unknown but likely fine with a slow intro
Good With Kids: Best with calmer, respectful kids
Fenced Yard: Preferred — she loves to explore!
Hazel is still learning that humans can be kind. She may start out a little shy, but a gentle voice and tasty treats go a long way. Every day she becomes braver, sillier, and more affectionate.
