After being seen by the vet, it was determined that her thyroid and glucose levels are normal, and her weight gain is due to over-eating. She is currently around 64 lbs and needs to safely slim down to about 50 lbs before she can be spayed, which may take several months. Because of this, a foster-to-adopt home would be ideal for her.     Torta is from a local impound.
