She is Miss Personality—full of charm, sweetness, and zest for life! Noelle loves everyone she meets and is great with people of all ages as well as all dogs. Her fun, playful spirit makes her a delight to be around. We believe Noelle is potty trained, and she does very well in her kennel at the shelter. She is already making great progress with leash training and is eager to keep learning. Now all she needs is a loving home to call her own—just in time for the holidays.
