Meet otis
My sister bought him a few years ago while I was in college. When I graduated and moved back home in May (2025), I saw that my sister was not properly caring for this dog. Me and the rest of my family are allergic to dogs, so he has to stay in the garage. My sister often does not come back more than once or twice a day to take him out briefly before leaving, and I think he is becoming depressed. I tried finding someone to take him, but I do not know anyone who can. He is not fixed, and he does not have his shots. He is trained to use the bathroom outside, and he is not aggressive at all. He is very playful, and he is a great dog. It is just that none of us can take care of him and my sister can not do it. He can go almost anywhere, but the ideal home would be one with yard space to run around. If that is not there, he is great with just walks, too.
I can pay for his shots, too, if that helps him get adopted.
