Seeking a Loving Home for Sweet Maple
Maple is a gentle, medium-sized, ~9-month-old mix (approx. 43 lbs), possibly Whippet/Terrier mix. She is extremely sweet, cuddly, and obedient. She is fully potty trained and loves kids and other dogs (she is submissive and non-reactive).
Maple is a rescue and is shy, especially around men; she needs patience to bond. A calm, less busy household is ideal, as she has anxiety currently managed with Trazodone. She thrives with one daily walk, running, and a backyard. She loves to play but needs non-chew toys kept out of reach due to puppy chewing. She is highly food motivated.
Health Note: A heart murmur was recently noted, but the vet is not concerned and wants to recheck in six months.
