🐾 Meet Frank — Philly’s Most Wanted

Frank spent several months navigating the streets of Philadelphia, dodging traps, chasing trash trucks for his daily meals, and cooling off by hopping through kiddie pools during a summer heatwave. He became a neighborhood legend with a fan club watching Ring cameras, tracking his route, and working around the clock to get him to safety.
At last, hunger (and a stroke of good luck) led Frank to step into a trap set by Goodboy Dog Recovery. He immediately went to the vets, and it was revealed he had a 5-week-old tibia fracture, explaining the slight limp he carried from life on the run. He quickly recovered and you would have never known he had a leg injury. Through it all, Frank never lost his happy spirit or his trust in people.

Frank is a true survivor and one of the sweetest boys you’ll ever meet. He follows his foster everywhere looking for love, does a joyful little dance when you walk through the door, and absolutely lives for cuddles.
🐶 Dog-Friendly & Playful
Frank currently lives with several foster siblings, both male and female, and gets along wonderfully with all of them. He’s respectful, easygoing, and knows how to read the room. He never overwhelms other dogs, but once given the green light, he’ll happily play all day long.
