Mulligan is a big boy who thinks he is a small lap dog and he will do his best to prove that to you! Mulligan is housebroken and crate trained, along with basic training. He LOVES his belly rubs and is still debating if he likes butt scratches. Mulligan is a social butterfly who loves to meet everyone, kids, cats and dogs. Mulligan would do great with an active or somewhat active family, but you better let him lay on the couch! He will make you laugh daily.
