Ben is a sweet, affectionate 4-year-old, 40-lb rescue pup who loves nothing more than curling up beside his favorite person. He’s gentle with his people and well-trained; he knows plenty of tricks and has even earned his Canine Good Citizen certification. Ben listens well, enjoys learning, and makes a loyal, steady companion.
He thrives with structure and clear routines, and he’d be happiest in a calm, adult-only home where he can be the only pet, or become a friend to another medium or large dog after a proper introduction. While Ben is content to have couch potato days, he has plenty of energy to thrive with someone who enjoys staying active, whether that’s daily walks, hikes, or regular playtime in the yard.
Ben is truly a wonderful dog and has tons of love to give in a new home.
