Meet scrappy
Scrappy is a loyal, loving dog. He was given to us to take care of for the weekend 14 years ago and the owner disappeared. We have had him ever since. He is 15 years old, still has energy to go up and down stairs. Goes for walks 2-3 times per day. He gets anxious when left alone. He follows me everywhere. :-)
He is totally housebroken. Gets along with other dogs, cats. Gets along with strangers once he's been around them. Very protective!
Since he is older, he rests most of the day. So he's pretty quiet. I do take him to a sitter when I have to go out or go to work so that he is not left alone. Very costly for me.
Now that I am in the process of moving, I cannot take him with me. Building regulations.
I do not want to take him to a shelter. I would love for him to be in a home where he can be cared for and loved.
He's really a good guy and it breaks my heart to have to let him go.
