Gizzie is a loving 11–12-year-old Chihuahua who is ready for her forever home. Her 90-year-old mom passed away, and not one of her five adult children stepped up to take them. The family even discussed taking her and her brother to a shelter to be euthanized. Thankfully, we stepped in before that could happen. Gizzie is an incredibly easygoing, low-maintenance dog who gets along well with both cats and other dogs. We are seeking a local foster or adopter in or near Middlesex, NC.
