Meet pumpkin
Meet Pumpkin, a beautiful medium-sized dog with striking black fur, warm brown markings around her muzzle, two adorable brown “eyebrows,” and sweet white accents on her chest and toes. She came to us from animal control and has quickly shown what a loving, loyal girl she is.
Pumpkin weighs about 40 pounds and is incredibly friendly. She bonds fast and deeply—just watch the video of her leaping happily into the volunteer ‘s arms, even though she hadn’t known him long at all. She’s active, enjoys car rides, and loves nothing more than snuggling close to her people. Pumpkin doesn’t yet know her name, so she can easily be renamed by her future family. She is about a year old.
We think she may be a Mountain Dog/Hound mix, with the playful spirit and affectionate nature to match. If you’re looking for a devoted companion with a big heart and an even bigger zest for life, Pumpkin is ready to be your girl.
