Currently decompressing in a loving foster home, Plum Frost is thriving and showing just how wonderful of a companion she can be.In the home, Plum Frost is an absolute dream. She is fully housebroken with a solid routine and no accidents, settles quietly in her crate, and relaxes calmly when left gated in a room. She may bark briefly if she hears her people nearby, but she quickly settles in to nap and shows no destructive behavior. Once she bonds with you, Plum Frost becomes a devoted shadow — happiest curled up in your lap or pressed right up against you on the couch.Plum Frost is fantastic on leash and truly lives for long walks and outdoor adventures. She walks beautifully without pulling, stays attentive to her handler, and enjoys exploring trails and wooded areas at a relaxed, thoughtful pace. She may notice other dogs on walks and quietly observe them, but she does not bark or react. Her energy level is a lovely moderate — active and adventurous outside, calm and cuddly at home.She’s smart, food-motivated, and eager to learn. Plum Frost already knows “sit” and is working on “stay” and “down.” She enjoys rope toys, sniffy walks, and quality time with her people far more than chaotic play.Plum Frost has begun gentle, structured interactions with a resident dog and has done well, mostly coexisting peacefully with brief moments of curiosity. Any future canine siblings should be calm and introduced slowly to ensure everyone is comfortable. She is very person-focused and bonds most strongly with her humans.With new people, Plum Frost can be timid at first and does best with slow, patient introductions. Sudden movements or pressure can feel overwhelming, but given time, space, and a few tasty treats, she warms up beautifully. Once trust is earned, she is incredibly loving, affectionate, and devoted.Overall, Plum Frost is a soft, loyal, affectionate companion who will thrive in a calm, patient home that lets her move at her own pace.
