HOW TO ADOPT: This dog is available for adoption by appointment. To schedule a time to meet him, please email meetme@arl-iowa.org.---- A sweet, gentle couch potato who loves lounging around; has been spending time in a foster home, and his family said he loves to cuddle and will follow them wherever they go- Hasn't had much interest in toys in his foster home, but he loves treats!- Has done well having free roam of his foster home when his family is gone and has been a perfect houseguest - Loves to go for walks and sniff around, and does great on a leash - Has had some exposure to children and has been relaxed and cuddly - Was not a fan of dogs in his previous home and has been socially awkward and avoidant of other dogs here; may prefer to be the only dog in his new home (dog intro required) - Needs a home with no cats or small pets - May have allergies (more info at ARL) This pet qualifies for our 7-day Foster-to-Adopt program. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed. We get to know each dog as an individual and do our best to describe each of our dogs based on personality, not breed label.
