Meet neve
Meet Neve! She is a beautiful spayed female American Pitbull/Staffordshire Terrier mix that weighs 45lbs. She came into the Mesquite Animal Shelter on 11/7 as a stray. She is adorable, and quite a great helper! Let me explain. We started our day with getting a bath, and she was so patient and felt much better after. Then we moved on to going for playtime in the yard. She had a great time hopping about, chasing toys, then running back for plenty of petting and taking treats gently. She does love to bounce around and will jump on you at times, as she is excited to be out of her kennel. We then went for a walk and she does very well on a leash. Walking past all the other dogs barking she didn’t pay any attention, but if you are interested in adding her to your family, be sure to ask the shelter for a dog test. Then it`s meet and greet time for some visitors, which at times she will try to jump on you just to show her enthusiasm. She is a great tour guide, making sure we follow her as she shows us around. After spending the day with us, it`s clear to see what a wonderful loving companion Neve would make. She hopes to find that family soon, so she can have her own secured yard to romp in, yet live indoors and cuddling close. Could you be that one to show her how much she is loved?
