- Shy pup who may need extra time to warm up to new people and things; will likely open up in a home environment with patience and time and may prefer a calm, quiet home- Knows sit and loves to learn, especially if you have treats - Previous family said she has done well with older children, but could sometimes get overwhelmed around younger ones; she'd love to meet any kids in your home before adoption to make sure everyone is a great match - Tends to be an introvert around other dogs and may prefer one-on-one interactions or smaller groups of dog friends; may not be comfortable at dog parks or at large, dog-friendly events (dog intro required) - Previous family said she has done well with cats All adoptable dogs and puppies are spayed/neutered, microchipped and up to date on vaccinations (rabies and DA2PPV as appropriate for their age)The ARL's shelter software requires that we choose a primary breed for our dogs. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed.
