Meet maizie

WE HOLD ADOPTIONS ON SATURDAYS & SUNDAYS FROM 10-4 PM at our Adoption Center. Our adoption center is located next to CAL Ranch at 232 North Jones (I-95) Suite 170. NO APPOINTMENT NECESSARY, just walk right in.
Maizie is about 4 yrs old and weighs about 40 lbs. Her owner worked on a ranch and when he was let go, he left her behind. She has been in a foster home for the last month. She lived with other dogs, and did well unless they became bossy with her, she would defend herself. There were cats in the home which she would stalk, but was never aggressive with. She may chase them however.
There were kids on the ranch, but we are unsure of the ages. Maizie is a very sweet and easy going girl and appears to be quite adaptable. I would say the biggest concern with her and small children would be her excitement and desire for attention when she sees people and the fact that she likes to jump up on you for attention.
She was housebroken and crate trained at the fosters home. More will be known about me soon.
A Path 4 Paws holds adoption events at our Adoptions Center, located at 232 N. Jones Blvd, Suite 170 right next to CAL Ranch (North Jones/ I-95). Please bring your dog(s) for a meet and greet (if applicable) Please bring your entire family so everyone can meet.
If you are interested in Maizie, please contact dogrescuelv@hotmail.com to confirm the dog you are interested in, will be attending that particular event. We have limited space at the store, therefore we can not take every dog out to the event.
This pet comes with 30 days of free post-adoption support through Petcademy.org . This benefit includes free access to Petcademy's team of trainers/behaviorists, as well as access to online materials that will help you settle Maizie into your home. You can text unlimited questions to Petcademy and they'll respond within 24 hours, Monday-Friday.
This pet is spayed/neutered, has current vaccinations and includes a microchip, deworming and 2 free vet visits, including a Healthy Start Certificate with the VCA Hospitals with a $250 health credit (restrictions apply). Adoption fee applies.
