Hi, I`m Dionne! A 7-month-old, ~25 lb Boston Terrier mix. My foster mom says that I am going to make some family super lucky one day. I am basically the most perfect pup you could ask for! Personality:Dionne may start off a little cautious with new people, but once she feels safe, she becomes an affectionate, loyal little shadow. She’s a pro snuggler, gives excellent kisses, and enjoys short bursts of playful energy before settling in for cuddles. She loves; walks, scratches, toys, treats, bones, and even chasing her own tail.Training & House Manners:- Potty trained — we are even working on bell training, so that she rings a bell to let you know she needs to go out- Sleeps through the night quietly in her crate and keeps it clean- Crate trained during the workday — relaxes calmly while her foster parents are away- SUPER SMART and treat-motivated which makes her eager to please/learn, she already knows “sit”, `lay`, `paw`, `high five` and more!- Good on leash and loves getting out for walks and enjoys all the smells- Loves scratches and will melt in your lap if you hit the right spotGood with dogs and kids, but too excited for cats! More on this:- Dogs: Yes! She enjoys the resident dog in her foster home and loved meeting dogs of all sizes at a recent adoption event- Kids: Yes! She was gentle, sweet, and loved climbing into laps for kisses or playing fetch when she`s met kids- Cats: No. Dionne gets overly excited around cats and small animals, so she will need a cat-free homeIdeal Home:Dionne will thrive with an adopter who can give her a little time and patience to warm up. Once she trusts you, she bonds deeply and becomes a devoted, loving companion.
