Meet coco
Coco is a 9 year old male smooth border collie. Ideally he would be an only pet on a farm or rural setting where he can run free. He is said to be a pure bred smooth border collie who came from a line of working cattle herders. We adopted him in 2020 from foster care. He is shy and anxious around new people and places. He is mostly house trained with occasional pee accidents in the house. He has excellent house manners. He is healthy and up to date on vaccines. He was high heart worm positive when we adopted him but has been clear of heartworms since. He has hip arthritis confirmed via xray on his rear left hind leg, might not weight bear on it. Otherwise he is healthy and strong. He does not do well with other pets or children. He LOVES to be outside but doesnt play fetch or frisbee. He enjoys going for a short walk to smell and explore but he is not leash trained and pulls, and is terrified of most people and pets while on a walk. We want to rehome him to a better home.
