Hello! My name is Dillyn Mae and I’m a very pretty girl who just arrived from Alabama!! I was very happy to join 2 of my siblings already at my foster home. I’ve been around a lot of dogs my first year of life so I think I would do best if I can have another dog to love. My human mom thinks I’ve never been in a house before but she says I’m doing great! I’ve learned to go up the stairs and I even sleep in the big bed with my human family! I need more time on the leash, I’m still nervous walking on leash but can you blame me? It’s all new in my world! Please give me a chance….I have so much love to give!!Dillyn Mae was heartworm positive and has completed her treatment. She received a preliminary negative result on a microfilaria test but is awaiting a negative test result to a Heartworm test 9 months after treatment per our vets recommendations. She is no longer needing to be on exercise restrictions. Dillyn Mae will need continued use of monthly heartworm prevention. These medical needs will be the responsibility of the adopter.--------------------------------------------All our Warrior Dogs will have all age appropriate medical care and vaccines, a microchip, and spayed/neutered if the dog is over 6 months of age at the time of adoption. Please note that the majority of our dogs in rescue are from shelters where they have been found as strays or abandoned. Their breed description is based on our very best educated guess based on physical characteristics and their dispositions.
