Meet ruby
Ruby is a 4.5 year old Chow mix (primarily Chow, Pit Terrier, Old English Sheepdog, Malamute). We adopted her about a year ago. She came from a compound with 30+ other dogs and was not well socialized. We did a lot of professional training with her...she is now great around people (used to have a problem with men), walks well on a leash, and knows basic obedience commands. She's come so far and in many ways is a completely different dog!
Unfortunately, though, she does not get along with our existing 8 year old Aussie. Ruby is complete love bug to us...loves to snuggle, give kisses, and play with toys. And she's great with our 13 year old daughter. I know she would be perfect in a one pet household (that's what her foster situation was before we adopted her). It breaks our hearts to post this, but we know it's what is best for both of our dogs. We hope we can find a loving and fabulous home for our goofy Ruby-Roo!!
