Even as a low-energy senior, she enjoys engaging her mind and proudly showing off her tricks.Brownie recently went on a daycation with a volunteer. She did great in the car, loved some frozen pup treats, was relaxed in the house, and stayed close by in the fenced in yard. She also "toured" NCSU's Centennial campus - she will be submitting her application over winter break. Brownie is dog selective and is a firm "no" for sharing a home with cats. In playgroups, she started off stiff but appropriate, showing she can be polite with calm introductions. However, she became uncomfortable when her playmate approached a volunteer for attention. Because of this, we recommend caution and slow, careful introductions if Brownie is to meet or interact with other dogs.At her core, Brownie is a loving, loyal, people-focused dog who wants nothing more than to be someone's steady, sweet companion.
