Meet kipper
- Prefers to explore and do her own thing here in the shelter, but will likely open up more once she's in a home environment and has had time to decompress - Knows sit, stay, shake and come and is very treat-motivated- Can be unsure in new situations and would benefit from a family who will let her settle in at her own pace and help her build confidence; once she has a relationship with you she gets wiggly and leans in for pets - Does best with a harness on walks - Young, noisy or busy children can be too much for her (mature home recommended) - Can be socially awkward, may take some time to warm up to new dogs and may prefer some dogs over others; would be most comfortable with a slow introduction to new dogs (dog intro required) This pet qualifies for our 7-day Foster-to-Adopt program. Visual breed identification in dogs is unreliable, so for most dogs we are only guessing at primary breed.
