Meet kaylee
We are sadly seeking to rehome our 9-year-old dog, Kaylee, due to a serious decline in my health. I now have a heart condition, balance issues, and a blood disorder. Because Kaylee is strong and has powerful herding instincts, she has accidentally pulled me down several times, making it unsafe for me to care for her. We adopted Kaylee in 2019 after she came from an abusive situation. She has become affectionate, loyal, and loving with adults. She is fully house-trained, calm when left alone, and has never been destructive or had a potty accident. Kaylee needs an adult-only home. Children are a major anxiety trigger for her, and she has a high prey drive toward cats squirrels and small animals. She does best as an only dog or with a very slow introduction. She has lived peacefully with our dogs but can be reactive to unfamiliar dogs.Kaylee is a wonderful companion who needs a quiet home where she can thrive. We want to find her a safe, loving environment while I focus on my health.
