Meet leela
Leela, our Siberian Husky, has been part of our family for 6 years. We got her as a birthday gift for my wife, and she grew up with us and our pug in a home with a backyard. Even after our daughter was born, we made it work so both dogs stayed with us. A few years ago, we moved to Chicago for work and brought them along.
Unfortunately, despite our efforts, we’ve realized we can’t give Leela the space, time, and activity she needs. Our current lifestyle and limited space don’t meet the needs of an active, intelligent breed like hers.
It breaks our hearts, but we’ve decided to look for a loving new home where she’ll get the attention she deserves. Leela is loyal, playful, smart, and full of energy. We hope to find someone who can give her the life we no longer can.
