Meet paris
Paris and her brother Antoine weren't sold by the breeder, so she took them to a dog auction to be sold. They were not being bid on, so we were able to save them from a life of breeding. They had seen nothing but a cage inside a building with hundreds of other dogs around them. A human came to feed/water/clean cages possibly once a day or two. Antoine is getting braver, but Paris still has a hard time accepting any contact from a person. She relies on the actions of her brother to decide what her comfort level with a person is. They are truly a work in progress. They need to stay together so that Paris has help accepting human contact.
