Meet susie q
Meet Susie Q – Small Pup, Big Personality!
Susie Q may be tiny (for now), but she absolutely doesn’t believe it! Behind that adorable little face is a fearless, outgoing, and delightfully vocal pup who wants to experience everything life has to offer. Big dogs? Love them. New people? Yes, please. Toys twice her size? Bring them on. Even the swimming pool is an adventure she’s happy to conquer!
Still a young puppy, Susie Q has two modes: sleep and play. When she crashes, she crashes hard—often curled up at her foster mom’s feet under the desk. But when she’s awake, she’s all action and all joy. She adores playing with her canine foster siblings indoors and out, and she proudly displays her tiny barks and goofy “gremlin” play noises for all to enjoy. She recently joined the daily big-dog walks and is already doing great on a leash!
Susie Q sleeps and eats in her crate, happily curling up with her favorite stuffed toy. She may vocalize for a few minutes at first but settles in quickly and never destroys her bedding. Potty training is a work in progress, as expected for her age. She gets frequent potty breaks, lots of praise, and high-value treats—so with consistency, she’ll catch on soon. She can make it through most nights with just one break and has never had a nighttime accident in her crate.
Susie Q has begun learning basic commands like “sit” and will thrive with continued structure, love, playtime, and a fun canine sibling to romp with. She’s ready to bring joy, laughter, and puppy sweetness to her forever home!
Susie Q is being fostered in Seguin, TX but can be transported to the NE and PNW after adoption.
