Meet Swint!
Swint’s story is one of resilience and heart. He was rescued from a heartbreaking hoarding situation with over 40 other dogs, and despite everything he’s been through, this little guy’s spirit still shines bright.
Swint is about 6 years old, weighs 12 pounds, and will be neutered on October 15th. He’s up to date on vaccines, heartworm negative, and has no health issues. His fur is growing back beautifully after recovering from mange, and he’s looking better every day!
Because of his past, Swint can be a bit shy when meeting new people — but give him a little time, and you’ll see his true personality blossom. Once he trusts you, he’ll become your tiny shadow, following you everywhere you go. He’s a playful firecracker who loves toys, games, and (his favorite hobby) stealing your socks!
Swint feels his best and most confident when he’s around other dogs, so he’d really love a home with a friendly canine companion. He’s gentle enough that we think he’d do fine with cats, too.
When playtime’s over, Swint is all about snuggles and affection. He’ll happily curl up in your lap and soak up all the love he can get.
