Meet Penelope — a fun-loving girl with a heart full of love! . Penelope is incredibly friendly and absolutely adores people—especially children! Her foster family loves her to pieces, and she's been a wonderful companion to the kids in her home. If you're looking for a dog who will become a devoted member of the family, Penelope is ready to fill that role.  While Penelope enjoys meeting people, she isn't comfortable with other dogs when she's on leash and would be happiest as the only dog in the home. That's perfectly fine with her because she's more than happy to shower her family with all the love they'll ever need!

This active little girl doesn't ask for much to keep her entertained. Grab a tennis ball and you're instantly her favorite person! Playing fetch is one of her greatest joys, and she's always ready for a game before settling in to relax with her favorite people.

Your new pet will require a refresher in house-training. K-9 Lifesavers strongly recommends all new adopters enroll their new pet into obedience training. This provides for an easier transition into a new home, ensures the dog remains well socialized, and helps form a bond between the dog and the new family.    Adoption fees cover basic vetting, rabies (if puppy is old enough), distemper/parvo vaccinations, deworming, monthly heartworm prevention while in our care (if old enough), monthly flea/tick prevention while in our care, and transport costs.
