We found Lulu abandoned in Washington, DC, and are caring for her, but can't keep her. She's incredibly sweet, wants to be petted, does not bite, and rarely barks. She does not seem to have any emotional issues and gets along well with our other dogs. She also walks very well on a leash and loves to run and play when in a field.
