Meet Buddy! This is a story of a heartbreaking goodbye, but a hopeful new beginning.Buddy is a 6 year old golden-hearted pup who has spent his life being the loyal companion to his elderly parents. He’s been their shadow, their gentle comfort, reason for exercise and now, due to circumstances beyond their control, they’re having to say goodbye. Raised in a quiet, loving home, Buddy is calm, well-mannered, and deeply affectionate. He understands the value of personal space and is incredibly gentle when he needs to be, but full of life and playful too, making him the perfect fit for families with kids, other dogs, or anyone looking for an easygoing best friend.He loves all the simple doggy things; playing ball in the yard, going on walks, splashing in the water, and curling up beside you after a day of fun. His heart is as big as his love for life.Buddy’s parents are heartbroken to part with him, but they know he deserves a home where he’ll continue to be cherished, played with, and deeply loved. At 90 years old, this is no longer what their home can provide and per doctor’s orders, Buddy needs to find a new adventure.
