Urban Legend is the kind of dog who makes your heart feel full just by being near him. 💗 He adores his people and lives for connection — whether you’re talking to him, signing to him, sharing treats, brushing him, taking a short walk (yes, he’s great on leash!), or simply sitting quietly together. If you’re in the room… he’s happy. 🫶
Urban is a very good boy — calm, easygoing, and wonderfully laid back. He “listens” beautifully and minds well… except during the occasional wrestling match with his foster brother when “time out” is announced 😉 (but once he realizes playtime is truly over, he’s all in).
He enjoys lounging and observing his foster siblings — 3 dogs and 5 cats — like the wise, seasoned pup he is. 🐶🐱

Urban may be deaf, but he hears love loud and clear. 💙 Sometimes he wakes up a little startled — a bark here or there — but once he sees your smile and reassurance, he settles right back in. He’s silly, sweet, and endlessly endearing.
Like many seniors, Urban has a few extra pounds (don’t we all 😎). He’s on a healthy routine — though he strongly believes meals should be bigger. A total foodie, he does a happy dance at mealtime that is pure joy to watch! 🕺💃 Favorites include green beans, peanut butter (for meds), and pork chomps.
Urban has lived a life — surviving being hit by a car, losing his beloved human, and learning to start again. And through it all, he remains loving, trusting, and gentle.
