Meet beanie

Meet Beanie — or as his temporary foster affectionately called him, Mr. Bean! This bouncy, happy boy is full of love, personality, and joy. He always wears a big smile and greets each day with enthusiasm. Beanie has a sweet nature and loves giving kisses to both humans and other dogs. This affectionate boy will sit in your lap loving all the pets and love you can give.Beanie has lots of playful energy and enjoys all kinds of activities and toys—especially when he gets to interact with other dogs. He learned the ropes of household life and perfected his housetraining - he’s a fast learner who’s eager to please. He’s also improving on leash, showing great progress each week as he builds confidence on walks. He is not reactive to other pups out and about, and he will happily show you his very solid “sit” when you need to get his attention. Beanie recently learned “touch” and is motivated to keep learning more, especially when tasty treats are involved. At home, Beanie worked on spending time outside his crate and having more “free time” in the house. Like many young pups, he could be a bit mischievous at first when left to his own devices, but he quickly learned the house rules and what’s his to chew —and did great with the right guidance. Such a smart, eager to please boy! He’s a bright, affectionate pup who thrives with structure, activity, and plenty of love from his people.Beanie also slowly got to know the resident dog in his foster home. He’s very eager to make friends, and his foster helped him learn to respect boundaries and read canine signals. With positive introductions, Beanie would do well with a compatible dog friend who enjoys play and can match his cheerful energy. If you’re looking for a joyful, loving companion who’s ready to be your best friend through every adventure (and cuddle session), Beanie may be the one for you.
